The annual NELA Celtic Festival celebrates Celtic and Scottish Heritage with a day-long festival at Kiroli Park. Activities include live music, food and artisan vendors, dog herding demonstration, storytelling and the return of the Highland Games! Hosted by the City of West Monroe and Kiroli Foundation
