I did not receive my tax notices but my property is now going to tax sale or has already been sold at tax sale. Can you sell my property without notifying me?

Property taxes are mailed and are due every December. If you do not receive your notice during this time, call our office to get the information. Three notices and a certified notice along with printing the delinquent property tax owners in the legal section of the Ouachita Citizen four times will occur before your property is sold for non-payment of property taxes.
