You can not have a permanent garage sale. A garage sale is defined as the sale of personal or household items by a person or persons not licensed as a retailer operating lawfully. A permanent garage sale is defined as having a duration in excess of seventy-two hours, having regularly scheduled hours of operation each day for more than three days, or having regularly scheduled days of operation each week for more than two weeks.
